Nowra First National Real Estate first commenced trading in 1994 from premises on the corner of Kinghorne and Worrigee Streets in Nowra.
It grew rapidly and in March 2000 was further expanded with the merger of two prominent agencies with the goal of providing quality service in real estate transactions in the Shoalhaven.
It is now located prominently on North Street and continues to enjoy steady growth each year.
The policy of the agency is to be pro active, but not overly aggressive and to meet the demands of clients and customers on a fair and equal basis.

Nowra First National Real Estate is owned by Anthony Rizzuto who is a licensed Real Estate practitioner. Anthony’s initial experience came from the Sydney property market until he moved to the area in 1982. Since then the majority of his time has been in charge of Nowra First National Real Estate, an office he created in 1994.
Anthony lives locally and is involved in many community interests and sporting activities. He is licensed in the fields of Real Estate, Stock & Station and Business Agency.
The Nowra First National Sales Team pride themselves on their cooperative nature and quality of service.
Our Property Management Department consists of 3 Property Managers plus 2 support staff who manage over 400 properties within the local area comprising Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
